St. Andrews
is an exciting place for our children to be educated.
Very few schools enjoy the opportunities to educate in
the environment that we have at St. Andrews. Our purpose
built campus, with extensive playing fields and riding
stables, set amongst two golf courses and rural surroundings
really is special.
We offer an International style education, which takes
from the best of the English National Curriculum and other
national curriculums around the world. This allows us
to provide a relevant, challenging and stimulating education,
set in a multicultural environment for our diverse student
body.
We have fully qualified and experienced teaching staff.
Virtually all have taught internationally before, as well
as teaching in their home countries (UK, Australia, New
Zealand, Canada and Holland). Our teacher turnover is
well below normal levels for International schools, which
allows us to provide a consistent high standard.
The school is an IB World School, a member of the Council
of International Schools (formally ECIS), FOBBISEA, and
has been awarded a 2 star accreditation award from
WES/CfBT.
The education received by a student at St. Andrews is
characterised by the following three features:
• A focus on high achievement at all levels. This
includes high achievement in academic, sporting and cultural
activities and recognition of the high personal standards
that need to accompany such success.

A broad and balanced curriculum that excites, interests
and captures the imagination of our students. The learning
that takes place at St. Andrews is not confined to the
classroom but includes a whole range of extra-curricular
activities.
• A deep commitment to the
development of the whole person and a respect for the
dignity of the individual. A young person's time at St.
Andrews will be challenging and rewarding but set within
bounds that recognise the stages through which everyone
passes. We do not all progress at the same rate or learn
in the same way and this is reflected in the educational
culture of the school.
Our parents regularly tell us that they chose St. Andrews
because of its family feel, quality of staff, the educational
program and the stunning environment in which this all
takes place. These comments make me extremely proud to
be Head of this school.
